Culture at ASHITA
The most important principle for building a culture is taking into account diverse, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. This is by far the most valuable asset. A workplace that is highly diverse and inclusive of all backgrounds, races, religion, and ideas is what I strive to achieve at ASHITA.
Secondly, I would like to develop a culture that is in accordance with our brand message. At ASHITA, I strive to build a playful, forward-thinking culture, where employees are always thinking about future product launches, influencer and holiday events, and the next innovative technology that we can implement to improve our operations. The following are the core values that will guide our culture:
- INTEGRITY: Know and do what is right.
- RESPECT: Treating others the way you want to be treated.
- RESPONSIBILITY: Embrace opportunities to contribute.
- SERVANT LEADERSHIP: Serve the common good.
The redlines/violations to culture at ASHITA is having team members feel they cannot voice their opinions due to gender, age, race, or to an executive of higher status at an organization. These members that make others feel that way should be removed from the organization immediately since we have set an open and free discourse at ASHITA.
